PRESIDENT

Art brings a wealth of experience to our team, having actively contributed to the community as a dedicated member who served on the school board. His background includes coaching after-school sports programs in baseball, football, basketball, and track. In addition to his proficiency in computer and financial skills, Art excels in record-keeping and reporting, showcasing a versatile skill set that aligns seamlessly with our mission.


John Flamand

VICE PRESIDENT

John, with a Business & Information Technology degree from Montana Tech and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, brings a caring attitude and a passion for teaching business to students. Currently, he is a high school business teacher in Anaconda, MT, where he channels his drive for educating and empowering the next generation.


Gayle Flynn

BOARD MEMBER

Gayle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Reading Curriculum, backed by an extensive 30-year teaching career. With a dedicated focus on the students of Anaconda, she presently serves as a third-grade teacher in the Anaconda School District. Additionally, Gayle passionately contributes to the 21st Century after-school program by leading the Coding Club, reflecting her commitment to fostering a well-rounded educational experience for her students.


Candise Wind

Candise Wind, a proud Anaconda native and small business owner, brings a wealth of community spirit and dedication to our program. As a mother of three, all of whom have benefited from our services, she understands the importance of accessible childcare firsthand. Candise's expertise in fundraising and her passion for our cause have been instrumental in securing vital support from donors. Her commitment to our mission ensures that we can continue to provide quality care for Anaconda's families.


Rosie Garcia

Rosie not only brings extensive experience as a child crisis specialist at the AWARE group home but has also been an involved parent in our program since its inception. Her years of dedicated service and hands-on experience in addressing child crises make her an invaluable asset to our organization. Rosie's commitment extends beyond her professional role – as a cherished community member and engaged parent, she contributes a compassionate and insightful perspective to our mission.
