Our Director is trauma informed, experienced in behavior modification, early childhood development, and enrichment. For over a decade Abbey has worked in 1:1 direct care services at DPHHS, School District #10, Private Clinics, & A.W.A.R.E.

Israel Alcantar

ECLT - 5 Years of Service Badge Recipient

Israel has extensive experience working with children in childcare and therapeutic settings. With his knowledge, skills, and friendly disposition he is a wonderful addition to our Afterschool Program.

Teal Allick

Administration - ECLT

In the spring of 2025 Teal joined our team. With School Board Experience and her quick wit she was a natural choice for our Administration. As a mother of 3 she has a unique perspective that balances childcare and business systems.

Andi Hillman

Activities Manager - ECLT

Andi was our first Student Teacher and is a natural born leader. Though she came to us with experience during the Fall of 2024 she continues to add to her repertoire. Now that she has graduated with the class of 2025 we are so excited to see what Andi can accomplish in her bright future.

Mackinzie MIlls

Kitchen Manager - ECLT

A jack of all trades, MacKinzie supports our community by serving delicious coffee as well as enriching the lives, of the children we serve, to the fullest. As a compassionate and kind team member Kinzie can be found filling the cups of everyone around her.
